The Office of Head Start is encouraging programs to get on social media and has provided a special resource for programs to use. Before getting on social media, programs must craft effective policies and procedures to ensure that the program is protected.  In this webinar, we’ll discuss

  • what should be in your social media policies and procedures;
  • whether and how to use social media in hiring;
  • how your policies and procedures should address employee use of social media; and
  • how to best protect the privacy of children and employees.
