The Office of Head Start is encouraging programs to get on social media and has provided a special resource for programs to use. Before getting on social media, programs must craft effective policies and procedures to ensure that the program is protected. In this webinar, we’ll discuss
- what should be in your social media policies and procedures;
- whether and how to use social media in hiring;
- how your policies and procedures should address employee use of social media; and
- how to best protect the privacy of children and employees.
